Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before joining the BinaryChallenge Affiliate Program. Creating an affiliate account means you agree to every section below.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction. Information supplied during registration must be accurate. BinaryChallenge may reject, suspend, or close an affiliate account that fails verification or creates platform risk.
2. Commission Rules
Affiliates start at Level 1 with 20% commission. Qualified purchases automatically unlock Level 2 at 20 purchases (30%), Level 3 at 40 (35%), Level 4 at 60 (40%), and Level 5 at 100 (50%). Commission applies only to successfully confirmed, non-refunded payments. Discounts reduce the qualifying purchase amount.
3. Referral Attribution
Each affiliate receives a unique referral code. A visitor is attributed through the referral cookie and the referral is locked to the trader account when eligible. Self-referrals, including a trader account using the same email as the affiliate account, do not qualify. Existing attribution cannot be overwritten after registration or a recorded referral relationship.
4. Tracking and Reporting
The dashboard reports unique tracked clicks, registrations, confirmed customers, pending commission, approved commission, withdrawals, and available balance. Payment webhooks and database records are the authoritative source if a browser display temporarily differs.
5. Prohibited Promotion
Affiliates must not use spam, misleading claims, impersonation, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, fake reviews, guaranteed-profit claims, or advertising that violates applicable law or platform policies. Affiliates may not manipulate clicks, accounts, payments, or referrals.
6. Refunds and Reversals
Commission linked to failed, expired, charged-back, or refunded payments is rejected or reversed. If funds were already paid, BinaryChallenge may deduct the reversed amount from future earnings or request repayment where legally permitted.
7. Withdrawals
Only approved commission shown as available may be withdrawn. The minimum withdrawal displayed in the portal applies at submission time. Requests are reviewed by administrators and may require identity, source, wallet, or compliance verification. Blockchain transfers sent to a confirmed address cannot be recovered.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for protecting affiliate credentials and wallet details. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately. Trader and affiliate sessions are intentionally separate; activity in either account remains subject to its applicable security controls.
9. Suspension and Termination
BinaryChallenge may suspend referrals, commissions, withdrawals, or the affiliate account while investigating fraud, policy breaches, payment disputes, or legal risk. Confirmed violations may result in rejected commissions and termination. Valid obligations accrued before termination remain subject to these terms.
10. Changes and Contact
Program rates, minimum payouts, operational schedules, and these terms may be updated prospectively. Material changes will be reflected in the portal. Continued program use after an update constitutes acceptance. Contact support@binarychallenge.com for affiliate questions.
